Staffs are very kind. We can take free drinks and cookies at the reception. Location is not so far from Nord Station and it is also not so far from the centre of the city.

The Hotel was brilliant. We arrived in the evening on a Sunday, I'd previously requested a view of the eiffel tower and that we did! Our room was fantastic, with a two door balcony with view of the street and when on said balcony you get a view of the Opera house and the eiffel tower. The room was clean with a T.V and an iPod dock. Free wifi was good but rather slow and the bathroom was clean with a rainfall shower. The location was good, with the nearest metro station – Cadet – a five minute walk away and on the pink line which pretty much has connections to every sight in Paris and it goes straight to both La Fayette Department store and The Lourve. From the airport it's easy to get to. If you have more than just carry on luggage get a shuttle or taxi, if you have just carry on bags, you can get the RER train to Gare du Nord and the hotel is a 20 minute walk away or you can use the metro although it might take longer than walking. Jean on reception was very helpful throughout our stay as was Oliver on our last day and the cleaning staff were excellent as our room was always spotless when we came back from our days out. There was an open bar downstairs with soft drinks and snacks that are complimentary and I can't comment on breakfast. We stayed for six nights and couldn't fault it!

Location. Between opera and Gare du Nord. Nice hotel and nice open bar from midday to 10pm. Receptionists are kind and they speak more languages appart of english and french.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, but its not the best. I expected much more before going. Its quiet expensive compared to same hotels in the same district with 3 stars. WiFi available 24 hours.

Fully renovated, clean, comfortable rooms. Bathroom is bright and functions well. The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable. There is an open buffet of non-alcoholic bevarages and snacks at the lobby.

I love this hotel. I've stayed here five or six times now. The few times I've stayed somewhere else I've regretted it because, for the money, there isn't anywhere better than the Palm Opera. The location is brilliant, you can walk everywhere within 20 minutes or so including the Gare du Nord. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable with huge duvets. The shower is copious and well-designed with a proper door and not a curtain. Best of all, though, is the staff at the Palm Opera, in particular Olivier on reception. He's warm, friendly, thoughtful and genuinely interested in your having a great stay. The breakfast is fine, not sumptuous but certainly enough to keep you going til lunchtime. The wifi always works.

the rooms are very small, but very clean. Especially the bathroom had got perfect hygiene. I would recommend you to do breakfast at the hotel. This option was much better. The people who were working at hotel was very polite and helpfully.

Great value. Small rooms, but they were clean, comfortable with a great shower and view of Eiffel Tower! Helpful & friendly staff too.
